Outdoor Seating Chair

Outdoor Seating Chair

This was my first Furniture Design outcome which required me to work primarily with STAINLESS STEEL.

I designed an outdoor chair; ideal for a garden or a balcony setting. It's structure is made of stainless steel and the seat is made of Honne Wood screwed to the structure.

I learnt various procedures like; cutting, buffing, welding, grinding, smoothening, shining, etc. Each of the steps were equally new and hard for me since they were extremely labourious and tiring.

The chair can be used to sit in multiple ways, as you can see in the pictures. It is inclusive of both left handers and right handers and one can lean on either side or angularly. A plan under the seat can be added to make it more friendly to an outdoor seating.
