Design Studio Branding

As a part of a larger project, I did the strategic branding for a mock design studio. The process includes: Logo generation and iteration, Colour experimentation and application, Building a studio language and voice, Creating Mockups.

 

THE STORY

 

Here we will take you through the journey of craftsmanship which has evolved over centuries and is fighting for its existence and meaning in this fast paced world.

It all started with our founders wandering in the streets of Kutch, Gujarat and meeting countless artisans from different communities. It struck to them how well rooted they are in their culture which greatly reflects in their craft. All that these hardworking and talented people need is a platform for them to showcase their products for everyone to appreciate and recognize.

 

The world RELIC stands for something that has been surviving for a long time and has historical interest in particular. Our studio aims at combining craft with products, crafts which form the roots of Indian culture and heritage. We also work with dying crafts of the country which closely resonates with our studio name. The collections will be core in its essence with a contemporary twist.
